90-Day Return Policy – No Restocking Fee
At North American Performance LLC (NAP LLC), we want you to be happy with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 90-day return policy with no restocking fee on all auto and performance parts bought directly from us.
What Can Be Returned?
You can return your item within 90 days of the purchase date if:
- It’s unused, in brand-new condition, and not damaged.
- You have proof of purchase (like a receipt or invoice).
What Can’t Be Returned?
We can’t accept returns for:
- Custom or special-order parts.
- Clearance or sale items (unless it’s just a pre-order discount).
- Anything that’s been used, installed, damaged, or modified.
- Parts with missing or altered labels or serial numbers.
How to Return an Item:
- Contact us at [email protected] or call 248-335-6702 to get a Return Authorization Number (RMA).
- Package your item securely.
- Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the return package.
- Ship the item to the address we provide.
Return Shipping
- If we made a mistake (sent the wrong item or a defective part), we’ll cover the return shipping and send you a prepaid label.
- If you’re returning something because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong part, you’ll need to pay for the return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days using your original payment method. Shipping costs are not refundable.
No Restocking Fees
As long as your return meets the guidelines above and it’s within 90 days, we won’t charge you any restocking fees.
