Shipping Policy

At North American Performance LLC (NAP LLC), we’re committed to getting your parts to you quickly, safely, and affordably. Here’s everything you need to know about how we handle shipping.

Processing Times

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Most in-stock items ship within 1–2 business days.
  • Custom or special-order items may take 2-3 days longer depending on availability.
  • Custom Powder Coat colors may add 5-10 business days.

Shipping Methods

We use trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, to ensure your order arrives safely.

Shipping Rates

Free shipping offered to all intake system sales for the continental United States. (Alaska and Hawaii +$20, Canada +$100, Mexico +$175)

Shipping outside of North America requires an additional flat rate of $175 fee. (Please reach out to support@naperformancellc.com if you’d like expedited shipping after purchasing, or if your location requires priority international shipping)

For shipping outside of the United States, you will be responsible for all import/tariffs fees for the country or region of order. 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen. Most standard shipments arrive within 3–7 business days after leaving our warehouse.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Shipping outside of the continental United States is available! Buyer is responsible for all additional shipping, duty, and import fees.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t show up within the expected time frame, please contact us right away at 248-335-6702 or email support@naperformancellc.com. We’ll work with the carrier to make things right.
