How Returns Work

Start a Return

Just reach out to us and we’ll take care of the rest:

We’ll issue you a Return Authorization (RMA) and provide return instructions.

Pack & Ship

  • Pack the item securely
  • Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box
  • Ship it to the address we provide

Return Shipping

  • Changed your mind or ordered the wrong part?
    You’ll just cover the cost of return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are issued within 5 business days
  • Refunded to your original payment method
  • Original shipping charges are not refundable

No Restocking Fees — Ever

As long as the return is within 60 days and follows the steps above, we don’t charge restocking fees. Period.
